During the Connect the Dottes celebration for the passage of the Drug-Endangered Child (DEC) Protocol, the group awarded special certificates to Protocol Committee co-chairs Biagio Pagano (UG Health Department and coalition member) and Lisa Gresham (SRS and coalition member) for their perseverance in seeing the protocol through.

The group then feasted on a special cake that showed a check mark next to the DEC Protocol.

Although the "first" protocol has been approved, it is a living document and subject to change by any of the 11 collaborating agencies.
